These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Main State website and to any purchases made through our online store.
The website is operated by YOUR MAIN STATE LTD, trading as Main State ("Main State", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizing and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.
Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Please refer to the relevant size guide before placing your order.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Limited Drops and Product Availability
Certain Main State products may be released in limited quantities.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the product. An item is only secured once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been accepted.
Products may sell out and we cannot guarantee that sold-out products will be restocked.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products available for purchase where reasonably necessary, including to protect the availability of limited releases.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Main State is not currently registered for UK VAT and does not currently charge UK VAT on its sales.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
While we take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we have received it. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Main State is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the products to you.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- Payment cannot be authorised;
- We identify an obvious pricing or product information error;
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- The delivery information provided is incomplete or invalid; or
- We are unable to deliver the product to your destination.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or our third-party payment providers.
We do not directly store complete payment card details.
7. UK Shipping
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders.
Estimated standard delivery time is 3–4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected destinations shown at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, international shipping is charged at a flat rate of £30.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local VAT and/or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Main State does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from Main State can lawfully be imported into their destination country.
9. Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact telephone number when placing your order.
Please check your information carefully before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept the parcel or unpaid customs/import charges, any refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping and Returns policies.
10. Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive a refund are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not of satisfactory quality.
11. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at karolina@yourmainstate.com with your order number and details of the issue.
We will deal with faulty or incorrect products in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts or other offers.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases;
- May not be combined with other offers; and
- May be withdrawn or amended where reasonably necessary.
Additional terms may apply to individual promotions and will be communicated with the relevant offer.

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, customs delays, industrial action, governmental action or disruption to telecommunications or delivery networks.
Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
